Pastor Johnathan D. Roberson anointed and chosen for such a time as this was born on January 14, 1994 to Ms. Shantel Roberson. He has three other siblings, but he is however, the only male. At the tender age of two years old, Pastor Roberson was called to preach the gospel of the lord Jesus Christ and at the age of eight, Pastor Roberson preached the 85th Annual Headquarters Jurisdiction Holy Convocation of the C.O.G.I.C under the leadership of the late Bishop J.O Patterson, Jr. Since then, Pastor Roberson took on an evangelistic appeal and began traveling this country proclaiming the word of the Lord wherever God sends him. Now 23 years old, Pastor Roberson is the lead Pastor and Chief Servant of the Temple of Praise Ministries Church, making him the youngest Pastor in the city of Memphis, TN. He is broadly known as Pastor J, especially in his congregation.
He is a revivalist, a preacher’s preacher, a prolific teacher and is an example of what God can and will do, when you remain humble. The hand of God is evident on Pastor’s Roberson life and he is truly God’s anointed. His most sincere desire is to see souls saved, sick bodies healed, and God’s people delivered and set free from the bondage of Satan. Even in this, Pastor Roberson believes that a believer should yet live a balance life, but yet sinless life of holiness. With his outgoing personality he is an example of what it is to be anointed and still “down to earth.”
Pastor Roberson was asked, what he had to say about all these things, the many places, great platforms, the many engagements, the meeting of many great people and He most humbly stated in one of his favorite quotes, “To God be the Glory!”
